Floor Layer Question

When trying to adjust our ceiling heights, the auto display that is given has this element, wondering if that is the 4-inch concrete slab or if the slab is represented by the 4-inch element shown below it. 

 

This is on the foundation level in the basement.

That is the slab (at the tip of your arrow). The 4" is the dimension for that (see the dimension line). Below that is the stem wall footing beyond.

The 7/8" is the total of your floor thickness material (you can see this in the room dbx). for example carpet and padding.

The 4" is your slab.
