LCDesign
I am trying to change the item description to "Steam Oven" for the first appliance in my schedule. I have gone into the component mode and object mode and tried changing everything but the Item column will not change. This is for the Wolf CSO30PM/S/PH Steam Oven. I also have the same problem with the Bosch dishwasher. I need it to say "Dishwasher" in the Item column. I don't want to go into the schedule on the plan and put a text box over the Item box because I want to be able to move the schedule around without forgetting to move the text box. It seems like I should be able to find where the Item data is pulled from. I even copied the original fixture to my User Library to see if I could get to the source of the Item column but can't find it.
Solution Alaskan_Son Posted January 30 Solution Share Posted January 30 Not sure what that "Item" column is because its not a Chief name. It's one that you must have renamed. I'm guessing though that it's the "Label" column. Check your object labels.

Thanks to you I opened my schedule and added every logical column to see what's what. I found it. I changed "Label" to "Item".
DBCooper
FYI, you can always tell if you renamed a column by selecting it and the "reset" button is enabled.

Also FYI you can rename your Column To Include to %"Label";"Item"% so that the schedule prints Item but reminds you that its from the label
