I typically create the floor plans and someone else does the roof and basement. This client is fairly set on the floor plan. 4 car garage (needs new shape). Bedroom 6 will change based on garage and basement needs love. But - hoping someone has specific feedback about the roof? I have taken Chief in person classes to try and be a better roof designer, but to no avail! I know this is a very unique build / this builder does not enjoy standard homes. Any helpful feedback would be much appreciated. Pictures attached for roof ideas. They are wanting the kitchen and great room vaulted, as well as the primary and another spot along the garage.
