Is anyone dying to help out with a roof? I have it 94% done, I just keep fiddling with it to make it go to layout and messing it up - there are 3 spots that need help. This is me needing to sit down and learn how to do roofs for 16 hours versus someone that knows it and whipping it out in 30 min. It's on, it's good enough for what it's worth, but I need to send to the lumber company and it's definitely not good enough for them! If anyone has time to look it over, please reach out! Hi there! Here is a plan that I'm working on. Happy to take any constructive feedback. I typically create the floor plans and someone else does the roof and basement. This client is fairly set on the floor plan. 4 car garage (needs new shape). Bedroom 6 will change based on garage and basement needs love. But - hoping someone has specific feedback about the roof? I have taken Chief in person classes to try and be a better roof designer, but to no avail! I know this is a very unique build / this builder does not enjoy standard homes. Any helpful feedback would be much appreciated. Pictures attached for roof ideas. They are wanting the kitchen and great room vaulted, as well as the primary and another spot along the garage. Hi there. I am working on a plan and I can still see it in layout, but cannot find it in plan view or with a camera. I've never had this happen before and keep looking through forums to see if there's a "focus" button, but I've come up with nothing. Can anyone assist? The plan is also 35.5 MB and it's a basic shell (but too big to upload here) - anyone have a wild guess as to what has happened? I'm using 27.3.2.5 macOS ARM. Chief Architect Premier X17 Thanks!
