X17 Installation Frustration

I have just installed X17 for Mac and am already having trouble. I keep getting Error #272032176. Chief has full access. Have tried all the things suggested, but still no joy. 

Has anyone else had this problem?  Who could point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

Error Creating Library Database: /Users/donaldganley/Documents/Chief Architect Premier X17 Data/Database Libraries/User_Library.calib
Database Error: Unable to prepare statement: no such table: LibraryObjects

 

Also didn't migrate my User Catalog.

Reach out to tech support.  That's what they are there for and they are usually pretty helpful.

Yes, that is definitely a tech support issue.

Thanks Jim. I was putting that off, thinking it was just some silly mistake I made, but will do if necessary.

is your drive locked? Apple allows to lock for security by preventing drive access to unknown applications. Happened to me.

Hi Maxie, I'm certain that it isn't. And Chief has full access.

Update:  I'm no longer getting the Error #272032176  ???

But my User Catalog will still not migrate from X16.
