capitaldesigns
I have a client that wants an exterior window over a bathtub to slide into the wall like a pocket door. I know I can use a pocket door and modify the door to look like a window, but when I generate the door and window schedule the window will be called out in the door schedule. Is there a way to get CA to draw a pocket window ? If not is there a way to get CA to show a pocket door to show up on the window schedule ? Thanks, Mike
Joe_Carrick
In the Window Schedule dbx, Include "Doors, Pocket Doors". This will however include all Pocket Doors. You might be able to limit that by using a door schedulte that only includes that floor.
DBCooper
I don't think you can make a pocket window without making a pocket door. It is very easy to make it show up in the window schedule though. Just open your pocket door, go to the schedule page, and change the "include in schedule as" to be a window type. capitaldesigns
Thank you for the help. That worked. I just needed to change the description from pocket door to pocket window.
