Room Finish Schedule

Hey Guys, how can I rename this on my schedule to something more simple?

What I do is create my own material, rename it and save it to my library. Then use that material.

If I had to do one, I'd do what Dustin suggested.  Do you have to do these on all your houses Rob, or is this a customer request?  I've never been asked to do one is why I ask.

This is for a law firm job I am doing so I need to add a room schedule on this drawing because many of the offices will have different finishes.

What are the steps on that? I already tried and had no luck.

3D > Materials > Plan Materials, select the floor finish you want to rename, copy it to make a new material, call it whatever you want, maybe ROB 3-4-5, and then change the rooms to have the new shorter-name flooring, which will look the same as the one you copied.

Thanks Gene......I was way off. Funny thing is I was able to go into the room dbx and change the molding names easily.

@winterddI had to do this too. The included material names are way too specific for the work that I do. Glad you got this figure out.
