BrianMSmith
Maybe I'm over-thinking this... I can't seem to find a way, in plan view, to have my windows display the schedule callout w/o the shape. I can choose Callout, Label, or Both but no way to have just the callout from the schedule without the shape around it. Don't want to use "Specify Label" because I want it to change with the size dynamically. Anyone know of a way? or is this not possible?

What do you want to change with what size? Seems to me like you just want %schedule_number% in specify label

BrianMSmith
Thanks Rene. I did try that too, but it created an additional window# in the schedule for just that one window. It was one of 3 of "W02" but after I added the macro in the Specify Label, that changed to (2) "W02" and (1) new "W03". I meant I wanted to have the label automatically change with the size of the actual window, which I cannot do if I manually enter as text label. %schedule_number% would fix this part of it,

You have to change it for every window already placed in the plan. Multi-select works if you select all single windows at once and change their labels, then select all mulled windows at once and change theirs. You can't change labels if you select single with mulled. Then if this is what you always want, just add that label to your default window and it will work for singles and mulled. Mulled windows was the problem and this did the trick! Thank you.
Alaskan_Son
FWIW, you can also optionally set the callout size in your schedule to zero but this will keep all the schedule number text upright instead of rotating it along with your window.
