Migaloo
Is there a way to make concrete footings appear to be brick veneer in elevation views?
SHCanada2
below ground footings? I suppose one could change the material from concrete to brick. You may wish to post an image of what you are trying to do

Migaloo
I am looking for some way to basically draw this using the foundation tools.
Migaloo
Where I am located we do a lot of slabs that are poured concrete footings with concrete block walls 2 to 6 blocks high, back filled with sand then a slab is poured over the fill sand flush with the blocks creating a modified monolithic style slab. This drawing is similar to that concept.
SHCanada2
did you try creating a wall type that has the brick, and draw the foundation walls with that new wall type
Migaloo
yes I tried that. If I could get the stem wall (whether concrete CMU's or solid filled) to show a brick veneer finish then that would work. I tried to play around with the brick ledge option but was not successful at that either. Its probably simple but I am overthinking it.
