Yes I built the roof off the house. Its easier that way. I was able to fix one of the holes in the roof by moving an interior wall slightly. The diagonal lines I will edit on the layout. Thank you for looking at this for me.

I have drawn a project with a flared roof but I cannot find a way to make the two planes join without the joint line showing between them. Is there a way to eliminate this line in the elevation views of the project after they are sent to the layout? ROCKY GRANT.pdf

Not sure what is causing this issue. I have the sidingt set to extend 12" but in a couple places it does not extend but the house wrap and OSB does. Any advice would be appreciated.

Well, I can go up and down through the levels. Foundation = 0 , First floor = 1, Second floor = 2, Attic = 3

I have a bonus room above the garage. When I go to the floor overview camera it does not open the roof up. The roof stays in place so that the view of the bonus room is blocked. Is this normal? or is their something else I need to do?

I applied this to the front porch wall. I do not see a way to change the height or depth of the brick veneer.

It appears that the program forces it to be a foundation wall which does not allow you to change the height of the wall. Here is the result.

I am trying to show brick from the top of the floor down to the footing. I got some brick on the porch to show but could not get it to start at the top of floor; I made the wall invisible and extended it 20 inches to get this. Does anyone have other ideas or suggestions to get this done. Chief Talk Foundation issue.zip

yes I tried that. If I could get the stem wall (whether concrete CMU's or solid filled) to show a brick veneer finish then that would work. I tried to play around with the brick ledge option but was not successful at that either. Its probably simple but I am overthinking it.

Where I am located we do a lot of slabs that are poured concrete footings with concrete block walls 2 to 6 blocks high, back filled with sand then a slab is poured over the fill sand flush with the blocks creating a modified monolithic style slab. This drawing is similar to that concept.

I am looking for some way to basically draw this using the foundation tools.
