Wall Cap - Extend through window trim?

Hello - I have had this issue before and have just drawn a molding line in the past, but wondered if there was a solution.

When drawings a stone skirting using a pony wall, I add a "wall cap" as a stone sill. I make it the same height as the window trim (3 1/2") as it would look best lined up.

However, when I put the pony wall at that height / wall cap to be exactly where the 3 1/2" window trim is, it doesn't show the wall cap being continuous

I would like it at 39 1/2" high. If I specify the pony wall as 39" high it shows the wall cap being continuous (this is what I want but at 39 1/2").

Trim / wall cap colours changed to show better for examples;

You should be able to raise the window or lower the wall by a small amount (less than 1/16") and the wall cap should go through.  Using a small amount should allow you to show the dimensions the way you want.

If that's a stone watertable / sill, you can modify a library material so that you get the appearance of joints every 24" as well as vertical pattern lines.

Assign this material to the molding that's in your library and that will save some steps down the road.

A good material to start with is shown below. In the past, I've used some of the maps from the tiled version and added them to the Slate(mocha) texture. Resize to 144"x144", adjust the pattern and color blend...
