DeLayDesign Posted Tuesday at 03:45 PM Share Posted Tuesday at 03:45 PM We had issues with updating catalogs once upon a time - We had to delete the catalog then reinstall it fresh. I assume it was some kind of communication error in Chief with the website. Are you trying to download directly through Chief architect or through the website?
