kiwiwrk
I have a survey for a property I am getting ready to design a house for. It's a pie shaped lot with a radius front. I input all the survey information and everything is fine until I get to the arc portion. When I input the arc it comes up short and doesn't close the plot. I haven't done any plots with arcs so maybe I am inputting the arc data incorrectly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Keith lot 11.PDF

DRAWZILLA
Sometimes surveyor's make mistakes too.
Nicinus
The plan I'm working on now had three curve segments together (a cul-de-sac) and took a bit of fiddling. In worst case you could add a litte line snippet as filler.
Bill_Emery
The survey data is wrong. It appears as if the 137.75' and 109.19' shoud be 10' longer to account for the 10' of utility easements. But even if I account for this, the arc won't connect.

I agree, something is amiss. P. probably nailed the problem, the surveyor made a mistake.
Bill_Emery
It probably should work out something like this. I've extended the radial lines to get a center point, and shown the 45' radius. This is just a guess on my part.
kiwiwrk
Thanks for the replies! I think the surveyor made a mistake too. I messed around just drawing an arc connecting the 2 existing end points and I think I have something that will work.
AndyGump
What ever you do though, please do not make it any easier for us by posting your plan. If you did that, I may be tempted to work on your plan that you started this on and not do the work of creating my own from scratch. So thanks for that. Andy.
