AAInteriors
I can't seem to figure out how to get my balconies to attach to the correct area (floor is 24"). Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Gawdzira
A balcony is a room. You can select that room and adjust it's floor height to where you want it. Probably an inch or 2 below the respective floor level

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I'm suspecting that you are copying balcony railings from one floor to another. That's a recipe for disaster in my experience. It can be done but you often have to go back and select the exterior balcony room and reset it's floor elevation, like Alan said before.
AAInteriors
I still can't seem to figure it out....are there any videos out there? The balconies are not attaching in the correct place.
AAInteriors
WOuld you be willing to send a screen shot of where to "reset" the floor elevation?
SNestor
The balcony is a "room". If you click in the balcony...then, open it using the door icon on the bottom edit toolbar...in this dialogue, open the structure tab. This is where you can set the elevation for the room. You could also go to "EDIT>RESET TO DEFAULT...select "all floors"....and select "floor heights". You may need to select "ceiling heights" also. This will reset your rooms to the "default" heights...which are specified in "DEFAULTS" (the wrench icon on the top toolbar)...then go to "FLOORS AND ROOMS>FLOOR LEVELS. This is where your default floor/ceiling heights are stored.
