decorators3 Posted February 25, 2024 Share Posted February 25, 2024 Hi Attached is the back exterior view (m walk out Basement) however the garage to left has no basement , does this terrain and slope make any sense. If you have more than a 30" grade drop at 30" away from your retaining wall, consider the use of a guardrail to protect from falls. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
DBCooper Posted February 25, 2024 Share Posted February 25, 2024 That drop off looks to be a little steep without a retaining wall. Your siding probably shouldn't be going all the way down to the dirt. Should probably have a patio/slab outside of the sliding and french doors.
