Modifying Dimensions

I am using Chief Architect Interiors X14 and was wondering if there was a way to change what the dimension number says? In the previous forum most users said to right click on the dimension and +ABC tool then suppress the text. I do not see that on my version. Is there a way to do that? I am trying to try this plan but some of the dimensions on chief architect are off according to the measurements I need to reflect.

Since we don't know what version you are using we cannot answer your question.  Do us a favor and fill out your signature with what version and some basic Computer stats.  If you are using a Home Designer product then they have a separate forum called hometalk which has information specific to your software.

Chief Architect Interiors X14 does not have the ability to add additional text to dimensions or to suppress the current dimension value.

You could try creating a manual text object with a white background to hide dimension value and display the value that you want.

I would highly recommend that you make any needed adjustments to your plan instead so that your plan more accurately represents the model.  Another possible solution would be to adjust the dimension rounding.  If you are having difficulty doing either of these, then you may want to post more questions asking for help on how to solve these problems.

We also have a number of training videos as well as training services available:
