Site plan /survey not showing N,S,E,W bearings.

I don't typically do site plans /surveys, I have my setting per videos as far as I can tell. Yet my Bearing don't show. What am I missing?

Set it in the Defaults, CAD, General CAD

The "number style" button only changes how things display in the dialogs, not in the plan.  Do like Joe said and you should be good.
