Cabinet and countertop

When I re-size a base cabinet, the countertop does not resize with the cabinet.

So, when I place a 24'' wide cabinet, the re-size it to a 39" wide cabinet, the countertop remains at 24" wide.
What up with that?

I’m guessing that you specified a custom countertop. Why not delete it and check countertop on your cabinet box

I checked...no custom countertop.
It's interesting, when I place the default cabinet, which is 24" wide, everything shows correctly.  Only when the cabinet is resized does the countertop not resize with the cabinet.

I tried changing the default cabinet to 39" wide, and when I placed it, the cabinet was correct but the countertop was not.

The only way I can think of to make something like that happen (without a custom counter top) is that maybe your cabinet is somehow spanning rooms. In this case, the counter can get cut off at the wall.  I think this was actually fixed in X15 though because I can't make it happen anymore.

 

You should probably post the plan or send it to tech support.

Somehow it fixed itself.
I turned off the computer at night, then turned it on in the morning and ta da....it worked like it's supposed to work.
