HumbleChief
Can't figure out what's happening with the pony wall display. User error most likely but any help appreciated. https://www.dropbox.com/s/m9z7mzvjkaxnj23/PONY WALL DISPLAY.plan?dl=
Alaskan_Son
Haven't explored WHY its happening, but what you're seeing is your Slab Footing Wall from your foundation level extending up from below.

Thanks Michael. Yes, that's what's happening but can't seem to figure out the why or a fix.
DRAWZILLA
are all the walls aligned with the foundation?

HumbleChief
Seems to work OK on my template plan so....
HumbleChief
Kinda sorta have it figured out. When I build the foundation I have the 'curb width' set to 8" but when the foundation is built Chief sets that curb width to 16". I can manually change the curb width on each foundation wall back to the intended 8" and the problem goes away.
HumbleChief
Sent the problem to tech support and they were able to duplicate the problems with no current fix. Two things. The foundation curb width only builds to footing width no matter the 'Slab Footing Defaults' setting. Second, the footing builds to the roof depending on which surface or layer the pony wall is located. Referred to the development team.

Try setting your Default Slab Footing to a Pony Wall using a Room Divider as its main wall type.

Thanks Michael but that's a bit over my pay scale.

Build Foundation>Edit Default Slab Footing OR Default Settings>Walls>Slab Footing and then click on the Wall Types tab, check Pony Wall, and set the upper wall to Room Divider.
