simonas
Was messing around with template. checking library items and my free space on hard drive gone to zero. Had to switch all off, restart machine. Got my space back, but after opening chief my user catalog is empty! When searching I can find my items, but they are not in the folder. I had this problem before, but can not remember how I've fixed that. Any tips?
Gawdzira
Can you find your user library through your computer file system? If so, reload the library. Library ---> Import Library

MikeJG
This has happened to me a couple of times before. If you're on a Mac I can't help but If you're on windows, you can find the User_Library.calib in the 'Chief Architect Premier X_ Data/Database Libraries' folder. You can select 'Restore Previous Versions' in the File menu or by right-clicking. That worked for me. Good luck.
simonas
Not in mac... Have forwarded this to support team, they managed to send me my library back, in a large messy list. This is second time I have this problem, so best now is to back up regularly will try to reinstall core library, reinstall chief and hope this won't happen again. Thanks for tips.
