BethVanDeusen
I thought I would start here before calling SSA. I just installed X14 (was using X13) and upgraded to Windows 11. Since then (yesterday) I have been receiving the attached error message. Chief shuts down, I reopen it, continue working, and everything "seems" fine. I just updated my signature to reflect my computers specs. I got a new system at the beginning of the year which my IT guy assured me is more than sufficient for Chief (I am not a computer person). Any ideas? I can contact support but I have been successful here with all you Chief gurus.
rlackore
I receive this error infrequently, sometimes Chief will crash immediately, other times it won't. I haven't been able to determine any specific workflow that leads to the error.
ericepv
Make sure your video card driver is up to date. https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
DBCooper
Did you try the "check knowledge base" button? My guess is it is a video card or driver problem. I would check out this tech article: https://www.chiefarchitect.com/support/article/KB-00106/troubleshooting-3d-camera-view-display-problems-in-chief-architect.html
