Zachtheis
How do I easily change the way these studs in the wall are being laid out? Generally as a framer we pull from one side of the exterior to give 2' on center studs. Here the layout starts randomly and ends randomly and then later generates an extra redundant truss in the roof as well.
MPDesign
If you place a framing reference marker it will build from that point.

Notice how the framing is aligned to the reference grid. You may find this link helpful in addition to the use of a framing reference marker. The entire project can easily be moved to align with the reference grid.
