Materials column isn't displaying in 'Active Layer Display Options' in X13

When I right click below the active layer area, I get the menu for the layer options that I want to display and in the columns menu, I see only 7 options but in X12, there are 8. The one option not showing in X13 is 'Materials List'. Has that option in X12 been dropped in X13?  I recently upgraded to X13 and will miss that option. Thank you!

Yes you are correct.  I don't fully understand how it works or if it is an improvement but it works based on layer sets now and not individual layers.

Use Edit Active View in an already existing ML.

You just need to use a different layer set with just the things you want to see in the material list turned on.  I think it is actually simpler then the old system and just as powerful.

Being an old dog, it's not easy for me learning new tricks. Maybe I'll like this new trick better so thank you guys for your help! I thought that maybe there was a bug in my system.

Instead of putting a check in the material list column, you are going to check the display column.  If something displays, then it will be used in the material list.

What confused me from the start is page 179 in the X13 reference manual. It still shows the materials column. Thanks again!
