lbuttery
Studying annosets and wondering why the "Saved Arrow Defaults" are different from Rich Text, Text, Callouts, Markers ??? see attached dbx's (only Callouts - since the others are the same) these are all Chief's OOB just curious why Arrows are "missing" most of them and why 1/20" scale and NKBA were added ??? I'm suspect there is a drafting difference just not sure what it is trying to learn Lew
DavidJPotter
I have been annoyed by that as well but when you confront the purpose of "Anno Sets" it makes sense that someone might want different arrows for different purposes in a set of plans. The current set up allows for that eventuality. I usually use the same arrow type for all dimensions and a different arrow type for text annotations. lbuttery
David: I agree that we can create whatever we need just curious why Chief's OOB would be different for arrows ??? Lew
Jones_Drafting
I'm trying to figure out why, after having set up my default text layer as "floor framing text" or ??, the default arrow layer ends up being "text" with no opportunity to specify layer.
