simonas
Hi all, what is the easiest way to add lowered ceiling (add air gap) for piping. And how do you make 3dpipes? I make molding lines with round molding. Thanks for help
kMoquin
I would use the soffit object for a dropped ceiling. If it is dropped for a whole room, I'd use the ceiling plane object. "molding lines with round molding" - That's how I'd do it.
DRAWZILLA
I would use a lowered ceiling plane b/c it frames, soffits don't.
dshall
I would use a lowered ceiling plane b/c it frames, soffits don't. And I might consider using ceiling finish to get the soffit.
simonas
I have added air gap in ceiling finish of 125mm(pipe diameter) see pics. Is that what you mean?
dshall
I have added air gap in ceiling finish of 125mm(pipe diameter) see pics. Is that what you mean? Yes, and you can add the framing to support drywall in finish ceiling
