You likely need to talk to tech support in the morning but check if there is anything in the Knowledge Base link provided in the Error Warning.

You could try looking in :

C:\Users\User\Documents\Chief Architect Premier X12 Data\Toolbars

And make sure the file is there.  If for some reason it has been corrupted make a copy of the backup file and name it the same as the original and change the name of the potentially corrupt original to something else to isolate it.

All at your own risk of course.   And be sure that the error comes up consistently a second time before you do any fiddling around.

I assume you got the error following Eric's instructions that are correct by the way ?

You could try edit preferences > reset options > reset toolbars - you'll lose anything you've customized -- reboot and the toolbars SHOULD BE back to outta da box settings
