Scandinavian Frame House Help X12

I am using CHIEF ARCHITECT X12. I have been trying to design a Scandinavian Frame House. I have been partially successful, however when I get to the roof settings, I can't seem to get the roof lines how they are for a Scandinavian Frame House. I have provided examples of what I am trying to do, what I have done, and the issue I am having.

Guessing you don't want to get rid of the space, but rather cover it with some structure.

 

Maybe your sub fascia and fascia need an adjustment.

To properly model and display the mitered detail of the roof edge, fascia, trim, and soffit, I'd suggest using a 3D molding and assign a molding for each component.

You can take care of the roof edge within the dialog box for the roof and 2nd floor room.

The vertical edge of the wall might be best done with a pslid.
