Hammer7
I am running Chief 11 Primier on a laptop and additional larger monitor. I would like to run another monitor for having another large display. Is there an HDMI adapter that I might need in order to do this? Best buy is the nearest tech store unless I order something online. Does anyone have this type of set up? Laptop and two 32" monitors? The question is what type of splitter/adapter do I need and is it possible?
Chopsaw
Do your monitors have display port capabilities ? Usually there is an in and out if they do.
Francois
I have HP Spectre360 with Intel 620 chip. It runs two external monitors; one 24in 1080 and one 27in 4k with no problem.
Hammer7
So then if that is the case, I might just need another HDMI and have a daisy chain type set up?
Chopsaw
I was thinking HDMI to monitor 1 and then daisy chain with display port cable to monitor 2 but it also depends on your video card capabilities.
OkcDesigner
Best buy has USB to HDMI device. Verify your computer can run three monitors. I have run my 4K monitor "43 TV" with both the laptop HDMI as well as the USB to HDMI.
