PerryPlansPro Posted June 6, 2019 Share Posted June 6, 2019 You import your door symbol that is in a format that CA recognizes. Then you put a door in a wall, select the door, open the door object (double click or ctrl+e) and then navigate to "Door Style" and click on "Library" to find the door you imported into the file. Im not at all familiar with symbols and how they work or how to create the necessary dwg etc files for importing a door .. so maybe your second suggestion is an easier way to approach my problem... Kbird1 Posted June 8, 2019 Share Posted June 8, 2019 It is possible to create your Own Inserts with CAD Lines , though if I remember correctly from previous Posts it only works on Chief's own Doors and Windows , not Imported models or ones from some of the Manufacturer's libraries, not sure if that changed in X11 as I haven't tried it.
