ACADuser Posted July 10, 2018 Share Posted July 10, 2018 Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong with the porch foundation & floor elevation? I want a 4" drop to the floor. I started with mono foundations & changed to stem wall in an attempt to get them to build correctly. But obviously, I have something messed up. The plan was used on another house so I just saved it to a new folder & built the new plan & erased the old plan. When you look at the Ortho Overview you see the foundation build up through the floor. This and other problems plague me on the front & rear porches. So I must be doing something fundamentally wrong. Joe_Carrick Posted July 10, 2018 Share Posted July 10, 2018 Alan, Go to the foundation and change the stem wall to 8" concrete.
