Doug-o
some x-6 features are not yet supported for Mac, and it doesn't say anything about hardware requirements on the viewer request page, so I am asking....
DerekPedersen
Hello Doug, The Chief Architect X6 Viewer is compatible with Mac and Windows The hardware requirements for the viewer are similar to the system requirements of the full version with the exception of hard drive space. Since the viewer does not install the catalog content, the hard drive space requirement is much less. Chief Architect System Requirements page: http://www.chiefarchitect.com/products/sysreq.html I hope this helps. Doug_Park
From a compatibility standpoint the only feature in Viewer that isn't supported on the Mac is the display of Windows Meta Files. Since PDFs or PNGs are a much better option for vector graphic files this doesn't come up as a problem for most people.
