I've been drawing two circles with the arc I want and just tracing over them with the arc line tool, seems to me there should be a parallel offset or snap or something. What am I missing? Multiple copy and transform replicate appear to produce the same radius as their original. I was using the move handle instead of the resize handle for the concentric edit behavior - which produces a similar result to the copy and replicate methods. Thanks again.
