    Make the text box the size of your border. Go to the Attributes panel in the text specification dialog and select "centered" under vertical alignment

    If you open the wall type dialog in the wall settings, set the "build deck platform" to your siding layer. I think that allows the siding to show

    In the referenced plan file dialog screen, just highlight the unwanted original file (Plan "A") and click browse. Select the new plan file (Plan "B") you want linked to that new layout. It will then condense down to just the single plan reference after clicking ok.
