Enlarged Plans - Done Manually?

Hello All,

 

I want to do an enlarged plan of the kitchen. I do not see a camera view for this. Do I have to do this manually? I feel like this would get quite 'muddy'.

What do you mean by an enlarged plan? Are you wanting a larger scale? A zoomed-in perspective?

I do not know what that means... Your plans are always in the live scale, when you send data to layout, in the layout  you "enlarge" by specifying 1/2" - 1' or 1"  - 1'. 

 

If you want elevation cameras to show a wall or kitchen island - you create them.

Do you mean that you want a separate layout box that contains only the kitchen that is of a different scale than the main floor plan?

If so- send a separate view to layout at a larger scale - on it's own layer set maybe?

Then crop the layout box to fit.

Rob, yes, that is what I am referring to. I will try that. I was hoping there would be automatic call out markets and what not. I will have to create my own.

when you send a plan to layout, you scale it up.. instead of 1:100, you rescale it to 1:50 or whatever you want. But then, you should have a layerset/Annoset with larger text, dim etc at a height to suit...
