Setback (CAD) lines with Terrain Feature

I guess we can't block lines with a terrain feature - which would be very handy to do with the setback lines drawn. Is there a work-around to get building setback lines to associate with a terrain feature?

Just convert your CAD work to molding polylines and don't actually assign a molding.

Bonus Tips: If desired you can even include arrows on those lines/polylines as long as you assign them BEFORE converting to a molding polyline. AND you can either display line length or add a custom macro to the label for that line or polyline to display its length in order to make a "dimension line" that can be included in an architectural block.
