Rosco2017
I am meeting with a client on Monday to go over the final plans for their build and I can't get my elevations under control because of my roof. Here is a pic of what the roof needs to look like, and you'll see in the plan where I've gone wrong. The pitch of the roof is 8/12 and the gables and eve's have a 14" over hang. I normally have roof down, but not this one. I'm stumped. Any advice would be appreciated! If you need to get a hold of me directly my email is in my signature. lbuttery
Ross: you will need to post the plan otherwise, just guesses Lew
Rosco2017
It wouldn't let me upload it, but i guess all it took was for the file to be zipped. Hawthorne Park Estates Lot 65.zip
GerryT
There's probably many ways to do this manually. The easiest is to just let auto roof do it.by adding a third floor and a room above the garage and set the height to some small value. Kbird1
I can't open the plan , no X6, but did you post the right one? cos the pic in Gerry's Post looks nothing like the house in your sketch in the 1st post , hmmmmm maybe mirror image perhaps? there is a second hip on the 2nd floor where it should be a gable and a small shed roof by the looks , and the windows look low so perhaps your ceiling height is incorrect ( or roof pitch)
Rosco2017
What I needed to do was to adjust the pitches on the roof. I can't believe I mad such a rookie mistake. lol Thank you guys for your help and time.
