No . I didn't verify . May have to substitute your own made up dims. Wasn't sure . Just a way to try and get from point a to point b . Especially those not using SketchUp or higher end programs.

Put the image on a background layer . Use a p solid overlay. Make the p solid glass so you can see the image behind it. Make your p solid a 3d molding poly line. Or a molding.

Jeff , you could try using p solids. Then send the current view to a cad detail view .Then measure from there. Note your font will probably change.

I haven't used it . I wouldn't trust that neccarily . But stating somewhere is better than no where. Throw up some of your cost stuff so that others can share . There's tons of info out there. Lots of estimators ect. It was a start of info directories that's all.

So showing the layers below is good when drawing second floor plans. Can we change those lines to be say halftone grey? Also can we set witch layers to show. Example would be only walls and floors , windows , doors ect.

Question, how do stairs show down on upper levels. They show fine on the first floor. Disappear on second floor. I'm sure it's simple, but again I forgot to eat my wheaties this morning.

I have had the same problem, constantly crashes.

Chief is becoming more and more taxing on video drivers. It's because everything is constantly being built in 3 d . X7 to x8 has jumped in processing . Your video card and proccessor gets taxed more and more.
