I solved the kitchen issues. Need the balcony issue solved.

1. I would appreciate any assistance help on the angled upper and lower kitchen cabinets. I cannot seem to get them to work out. typical nearly on each side of the kitchen porjection.

2.  I cannot get the from porch flat roof and railing to look like picture.all of a sudden it put space between the 2 foot wall dropped I and put iin. Help appreciate.

I cannot seem to work out roof above garage on right  w.o messing up window, nest to front entry to the house. I would appreciate any suggestions someone can give me.

Trying to get finished before going out of town tomorrow. Trying to keep the 4:12 pitch. I tried coming off just under windows with maybe a 2:12 roof to the 4:12 roof but could not get it to work. I have not had so many issues with a house plan.

How do I place a flood light on a exterior column or exterior soffit? Aalso placing a electrical outlet on a column. I have made a small retangle wall in past to do it. 

Any suggestion? this is something cheiv developers need to work on.

It says walls or cabinets! Ther should be a simple solution.

I just went on and drawn the 2nd story roof manully. 

1. I still need ceiling issues resolved as you can see in the attached pictures. 

2. I still need to have open area of Great room to say open below. It will not open 2nd story area to say open below!

Roof will not complet over 2 story great room,  part of kitchen and part of entry roof. 

above dining room there is a drop down ceilng part of clg. cannot get it removed.

Also above entry there is a drop down that will not remove. dining will not let me show 10' clg?

All first floor 10' celings and open 2 story at great room. 9'; ceilings 2nd floor.

Would appreciat any help. Need to get to client tomorrow before they go out of town home 3 hours away.

This is exising home Veranda. Just adding a new roof. and new slab , contractor has already given price. I design up addition on a 11x17 sheet.

I would appreciate any help on this small remodleing of veranda addition. Attached is picture of existing. I am trying to added roof in midde. most of house is 7,3:12  pitch. But they have a  min. of 4:12 pitch. (but the roof they have in there now on paito as you see in pics is less than that!) tying to keep windows.

I cannot get it to work out.

When I am CA x10 to download libary items it goes to x9.  Can someone help me with this issues?

you just hit 3D and roof aand can see roof. This is just a remodeling on inside. roof is not affected.

can anyone assist me? I am trying to have a faulse ceiling at at 9'9" P.L. showing as the bldg. section shows that I have drawn across in 2D.

I do not know how to do it to the family room with at coffered clg to 12' for this remodeling project. Also I have beams serveral places that are flush with 8' clg.

Any help will be appreciated.

Connot get porch railing to go all the way to the round column. Any suggestions. 3 ft of porch is uncovered.

is there a way to flip a pdf floor plan in chief Architect x10. I am doing a remodling plan and I have old set of plans, but it is a reverse of what was built. I was going to scan it to pdf or jpeg and use to trace over for remodeling. Is there a way to flip a pdf or reverse it in chief or do I need to draw over existing then flip in chief?

I coudl not figure out how to make a 30" gate on left side of the uncovered 48" area. 

I been trying to figure way I cannot get wall to furr down from roof on left side of Kennel like right side. I would appreciate any help.

Opt. future , I also wanted to continune the roof above pool eqipt. except cut roof pack to maybe 6 ft. roof projected out with 2 posts supporting it .

Pool posts are hanging in space from ceiling and slab. Also fascia is showing opening thru it. I would appreciate any  help

I would appreciate any help in correcting the 12 ft hip roof tieing into a 10 ft ceiling roof. 5:12 pitch. I have been trying to correct it for hours. 

If anyone can Help I would appreciate it. Trying to get const. drawings finished. Need to get back on it in the morning.
