2nd floor bedroom roof is not showing same level facia  with the rest of the house or bedroom 2. Both floor should be 9 ft celings.

Help appreciated. cannot figure it out.

I fixed other issues with this home. Thanks for advise. But Bedroom 3 over first floor decking is lower than rest of house for some reason. 1st floor and 2nd floor are surpose to be 9' ceilings. any help would be appreciated.

1) Rear 2nd floor cornter wall is not closing where first floor roof is? I would appreciate any help

closing up the exterior wall on 2nd level.

2) also stair railing is not stopping at end of stair on 2nd level.

I use Chief x8. A interior designer friend is new to home designer pro. She might want me to do some renderings and drafting for her in Home designer Pro. Will it be easy to help her since I know Chief x8. Is working in each similar.

The Bar area has foundation and floor missing in the middle of it and you can not make a wall elevation of that wall either of the millwork? In perpective you can turn it around and it shows foundation hole in it looking from the bottom.

I cannot fix it. 

I would appreciate any help in getting the greatroom/dining area bar floor showing up? cannot do elevation in that area either. shows hole in floor.

you did great straighting out roof issue above hallway etc. but the ceiling in garage is only 9' ht (not 11' like you made it) everywhere, except above the custom car lift that I had designed stardard size to carry car up certain height ceiling just  below the roof rafters. and another car parks below it.?

2nd floor wall above 1st floor hall. Need help with angled roof and 2nd floor exterior wall closed in. This is a remodel. need stair open to 2nd floor. 

there is a car lift in garage that has 142" clg ht clearance needed.

Help would be appreciated.

I would appreciate any help. Garage(plate stays same as house with high ceiling) needs to be 24" off grade with CMU Walls for flood plain to btm of house floor jsts. (automatic vents or break away walls.. Then house pier and bm at 54" finished floor off grade which is 36"+- above garage/stg slab. 

All house is pier and beam (designed by engineer).I do not know why I cannot get house to show pier and beam all around outside etc. deck by media room and garage is surpose to be hip roof. I will have steps down to garage driveway.

Is it possible to have a large gable across dining room and great room. With the corner (going at different angles) in middle going all the way up. Windows will also be above the 2 sets of 2/8080 windows. Interior will have cahteral down middle to kitchen (10 ft flat clg) with slope(catheral) ceiling of great room and dining/breakfast? I have attached a rough sketch of how the client wants. The roof pitch above Greatroom and dining can be lowered if needed.
