How about just a plain, old .PDF probably as easy to trace over as a .DWG ?

3080 should be fine. I would look into free Twin Motion instead of pricey Lumion

Can you show us one that you've done with the facia all at same height and 2 differen pitches as in original posted pic. ? 3D view ?
