  1. Yes, My calculation would be height x width convert to sq.ft x 0.9 (for frame size) should be the glass area.

  5. I am trying to cut a hole in the ceiling for a basement window as shown in the attached picture. But when I cut hole in the ceiling, it is cutting through the floor slab above as well. Could the experts give me a clue how to achieve it.?

  10. thank you for the response. Its a finished basement, hence I could not measure the joist depth and you can see them in the site picture as how they look on site. I am trying to recreate for my drawings.. Do you know how could I add the sill thick as it appears in the site picture?

  14. Thank you all for your comments and tips. I will combine them. In reality the foundation wall is built and that basement area is being converted into a living space, hence the stud wall added. Concrete foundation wall is the as built condition. Thanks again.

  16. In my plan, in one room there is a room label without any room dimension. Is there a way to find out where is it and why it is generating without any room dimension? (screen shot attached)
  17. yes there is a lag in the jumping. it is a wireless logitech m510 mouse.
  18. my mouse is working weird, very difficult to control placing any object on plan. its like jumping all over the place. Any reason, suggestion, trouble shooting

  21. Hello, thank you for your suggestions. Its open deck because its only 6" above the grade more over the client don't want a guard rail. Stucco beam was not intentionally done and I don't know how it came nor neither I know how to adjust. It was acting weird. Anyways thank you
  22. Could some experts look at the attached image and plan and let me know how could I bring the deck joist down in line with beam? Due to the site condition I cannot have the joist sitting on top of the beam. deck beam-v01.plan
