can we Export & Import Room Types from plan to plan??
-
yes, i get the point. just have to establish a "reference" elevation. whatever it may be, on your personal drawing method. one thing to mention tho...i alway wonder why Terrain Perimeter is dimension Opposite relative 0"/0' height. (+)12' to move the T/P down....and (-) to move Up. this alway confuses me.

not sure when or where i've change this...or this is Automatic based on some Layer default. but the Linetype on the Marquee Selection Window is now a Dash linetype, not Solid as it use to be.
-
hi, i just can get TR to work properly. simple testing plan with Front & Back T/R at -8'-0". it seem to suppresses the entire Terrain Perimeter (@ 0') to the same -8' level. 00 Lakeland Terrain.plan

it's a $3000+ software. plus another $600 Annual Supp. fee. you shouldnt to have pay another $120/yr have it to Print properly. im sure this is just minor Bug in Beta. the Bug has been reported to CA, Im sure it will be patched up in Full Release.

3D Solid (elevation) Area into Material Schedule
buzzsaw204 replied to buzzsaw204's topic in General Q & A
On a related topic.... now that i have 4 Materials on applied on 4 - 3D Solid objects, and have the Area. Can I generate/make a "Custom Schedule" be created for those 3D Solid objects? basically, it's just taking that Material List, the Excel spreadsheet format, and making a "Custom Schedule" with 4 of those Column. -

Dell UltraSharp 43 4K U4320Q it's like you're drafting 36"x24' sheet of paper on a Drafting table. this is a relative perspective of the size.... the Layout sheet is the size of the 32" screen above.

X-14 Beta. Live Preview and review of new features
buzzsaw204 replied to Renerabbitt's topic in General Q & A
i tried the G9 Odessy 49", i found that i couldn't bare it, the Curve almost drove me nuts....lol. when "drafting" and seeing the Cross hair and the floor plan at a curve. and have short screen also was also inconvenient. had to go back to a flat screen. my favourite & current setup now is the Dell 42"....AND like yours...with the 2-24 and 1-32" Samsung, as well the 42" is like im actually looking at and Manually, on table /pencil Drafting on a 36" x 24" sheet of paper....like old school Drafting....LOL. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend the Dell 42"....or maybe 43" model. -
where is i track down that Door Toolbar that i created with those custom icons. surely that exist somewhere? in some folder??
