My workload has got to a point that I want to outsource the drafting and design work and keep it in chief so I can review it. The designs are multi unit residential dwellings. They are a small boutique company mainly operating in Melbourne's eastern suburbs and have their own internal design & drafting team. The drafting workload has grown to the point where the current drafting team are unable to keep up.
