DavidJPotter Posted May 3, 2014 Share Posted May 3, 2014 The only reason I can think of that "Core Catalogs" would not be present would be due to them not being installed ("Library - Install Core Catalogs"). Try that, and if no joy then call Tech Support on Monday. It used to be that Core Catalogs installed when you installed the program but this is no longer the case, they must be downloaded manually by you after installation of the program. glennw Posted May 3, 2014 Share Posted May 3, 2014 Sounds like you have the Core Catalogs turned off. In the LB, do you see an entry for the Chief Architect Core Catalogs, but just can't open it? First up, in the LB, check to see if the Active Filter is "Not Filtered" Next, click the Filter icon (the funnel with a + sign) and in the Core Catalogs section, make sure all the libraries are unchecked.
