SingletonRW Posted August 2, 2015 Share Posted August 2, 2015 I included a pic of basement wall. You can see top plate or some piece of framing where wall meets the ceiling. It should be 10' finished ceilings, but it keeps coming out 118.5 finished and 120 rough.
