The Layer Set That Won't Behave

No matter what I do, I cannot get the default layer set to be anything but the "Light and Ventilation" Layer set.

I have changed it in the plan views so the plan set is the default set, but the Light and Ventilation always pops back up.  Here is the screenshot, and the plan is attached.  How do I fix this?

Thanks in advance,

Lane

When you edit an SVP, you need to be able to save it. That behavior is automatic if you edit if from the Project Browser. If you edit the view using the 'Edit Active View' tool, then you'll need to follow up by clicking on the 'Save Active View' tool.

The control that says "Floor Plan Layer Set" is not actually a layer set and it is really a saved plan view.  You can tell this because it has a "P" in the graphic.  Seems like a bad name for a saved plan view.

The control that says "Light And Ventilation Set" is actually a default set.  You can tell this because it has a little wrench in the graphic.  You probably don't need this control if you are using saved plan views.

The control that says "Floor Plan Dimension Layer Set" is your current layer set.

I think the problem is that you are getting these things confused as to what they are and what they do.  I recommend looking here:
