tilted or tapered exterior walls

I'm thinking of adding a tilted or tapered wall to one of our modern custom home projects and couldn't find where I could manipulate the wall to angle off the base axis.

I've added a picture I found online to show something similar to what I'm talking about.

You can not skew a wall. You can use a roof plane for this situation but the plan view display will become a CAD drawing element.
