Imported Sketchup Model not visible

I've exported a model from SketchUp and then imported it to Chief Architect both as a DXF file and a DWG file. It shows up in Plan view, but it does not show up in any perspective or elevation or cross-section views. What am I missing?

Did you use "import drawing" or "import symbol"?

 

Import drawing will only bring in 2D cad so it won't be visible in any camera views.  Import symbol will bring in the 3D data and create a symbol out of it.  As long as the data is good, it should then show up in camera views.

Import it in .skp format.
