Recreating a Roof from a Google Earth photo?

Good Afternoon-

I am designing a covered patio addition to an existing 1-story house with a complicated roof line.  I don't care about the interior of the house, but I need to tie into the existing roof so I'm trying to get it as accurate as possible.  I figured out the pitch on one side to be 5 1/8 based on on-site measurements but I can tell that the whole house is not that.  Is there any AI tool that can recreate it?  The attached screenshot was provided by the client and shows the general location and size of the addition. The other screenshot is what Chief is giving me at a 5 1/8 pitch.  I've tried lowering the roof 12", increasing the height of the rooms, changed the pitch, tried doing manual roofs.  I just keep spinning my wheels and am hoping someone here is brilliant and has some tricks up their sleeves!

Submit a FOIA request to the AHJ for any building records on file for the property. You may be able to get the original building plans. You can also try requesting records from the ARB if the property is located in an HOA.

There are several companies that do roofs from satellite. They won't get you entirely accurate house dimensions, though the roof pitches are pretty good. Eagleview, will have overall dimensions. Roofr like suggested above willgetyoupitch. .

The front to back is definitely a lower pitch than the side to side.  If I were to guess I'd say 5:12 and 7:12; possibly 6:12 & 8:12.
