Fotis1960
Why are the size and labels in window and door schedules off? The plan also uses these for the labels so they are off on the plans as well. Is there a different setting that I need to change? Thanks in advance

Do you mean why is a 48"x36" window using a "4030" label? If that's your question, it's not "off." 4030 represents the size in feet and inches - 4'0" x 3'0" - and is standard nomenclature in the industry for ordering windows. Your schedule is correct... that is, if you want a rough opening that is 1" total larger than the window size.
Renerabbitt
As Chris said, this is a standard convention in the AAMA and NFRC for labeling fenestration. It will be in most architectural textbook you can find as well
Fotis1960
Thanks guys. As you can tell I'm not a pro, but I should have looked at the numbers a little closer and figured it out.
para-CAD
Most called windows are actually ½" smaller both ways than called (48" x 36" is 47 ½" x 35 ½") and the R/O actually is 4-0/3-0 Anderson has some custom sizes....always refer people to the vender literature....
